Please... Do YOURSELF this one favor???

Chances are if you're at home working your online business while reading this, the family is somewhere close by, or at least you know where they are, right?

The kids might be playing right outside your window on the swing set. Or they night be in another part of the house playing video games. You may be the one Internet Marketer who has an infant baby sleeping in a crib close by.

Where is your spouse and what are they doing? You do love them all, don't you? If you do, please continue reading... If not, you are missing something extraordinary.

You may be highly successful with your Internet business or you may be moderately successful. Or you might be struggling. Only making twenty to thirty dollars a month from affiliate programs. Some of you might be doing quite well with them too and making thousands. I don't know.

It could also be you're making a few hundred dollars a month with online auctions because you've visited http://www.CrashCourseMarketing.com/ebay.html . Who knows? A few of you have written telling me you are.

Whatever your level of success or failure - please do this favor for me. More importantly do it for yourself and for your family. Actually it is two favors.

First... Please draft a properly constructed Last Will and Testament for both you and your spouse, or yourself if your're a single parent, if you have minor children. Inside of this legal document please attach a Testamentary Trust to include appointing a Guardian along with the instructions for taking care of your minor children in the event something happens to you and your spouse.

(The State you live in has one for you if you do not take care of this yourself. And it isn't a good one either. The court appoints a guardian for your children and takes control of funds on behalf of the minor children. There are many other disadvantages too.)

Secondly... What we need to address is taking $20-$50 or more a month of your online earnings, and purchasing however much Term Life Insurance it will buy, on you and your spouse. A Spouse Rider is very inexpensive. Make your Spouse the Primary Beneficiary of the policy and the Testamentary Trust the Contingent Beneficiary.

This way if only you die, your spouse receives immediate cash to take care of the family. If you both were to die in a common occurrence the Trust would be the recipient of the cash proceeds and whomever you appointed as Guardian of your children would have the needed funds to raise your children for you. In the manner you would have liked them to be raised.

One last item. PAY the fees necessary to have the Trust PROFESSIONALLY managed. It is worth the few percentages a year a Trust Department in a bank might charge. Why??? What if your brother, sister, or whomever the Guardian is, has the funds IN THEIR POSSESSION and get into financial trouble? Do you hope they'll separate your childrens money from theirs??? Especially if they get into serious financial trouble? Or what if they incur bad debts for whatever reasons?

Then there is the possibility Creditors could also freeze the assets including the funds you've provided for your children with life insurance!

On a side note, if you are an appointed Guardian for the children of your brothers or sisters, or even if you're not appointed but think they may show up anyway or you would take them in regardless. Do you want the kids showing up at your door without any money!?!?!? Speak with your siblings about this. Get it taken care of. We all love our family and 'most' of our friends!

For a few measly dollars a month you can have thousands of dollars to provide for your kids when they need it the most. Or your siblings for theirs. DO IT RIGHT NOW. GET STARTED!

Don't make it difficult. You do not want to go to the courts every time you need to buy 'Johnny' a new coat or pay for school items. And with a Testamentary Trust you can outline exactly how you want things to be handled in regards to your children. The Trust Officer will manage the Trust. And the Guardian of your children will thank you greatly.

Never mind why I bring this up. It could happen to you at anytime. Don't play games with your kid's futures.

Success and Regards... Mike
