You're right, the spam has been completely out of control. I figure I'm on an automated board-blaster someplace, because often they reappear as fast as I delete them.
I'm sorry about the emails. The truth is, I have had to all but abandon my life online while getting this homeschooling thing underway and growing my transcription business (you know, the one I was planning to ditch:-) At some point, the spam in my FIB mailboxes got so bad, I stopped sucking up my emails. I realize that is totally disgraceful, but you do what you gotta do. I was getting up to 800 at a pop, and sifting through them was impossible. I tried things like Mailwasher, but it was hiccupping halfway through and it was more trouble than it was worth, so I gave up. (It's the old "if you can't beat 'em, pretend they don't exist" theory.)
I have an email address that I guard with my life (I can't believe I've become one of the "spam-phobic wackos" I used to laugh at). I'm going to try to hunt down your email address now and send it to you (sorry sorry sorry).
