I'm filing papers with my CC company to
get my funds back for lack of service.
And I've tried a FEW times to call him. Either he's not taking my calls (via caller id) or he's suddenly very busy. When he wanted me to call him to walk him thru the ordering process, he answered on my first try at that time.
Ok, I'll send him his stuff, but what if he declines acceptance of the package? Now Mike, I'm not trying to be a negative person, but realistic. What happens then? Then there is the matter of him still attempting to fight the charges. Granted I can show proof and all, but is 'lack of service' without paying for the expedited service going to be sufficient for him to 'win' his case?
Does anyone know if the $25 chargeback fee is returned upon realizing I was in the 'right'?
