I just recently had a conversation with a guy in my local area who makes about $400 per day in very dirty business that anyone can duplicate. All you need is a small pick up truck.
Here's what he does......
He drives around different neighorhoods and check the back of peoples' homes to see if there is junk around the place. Let's face it...... that's the most common place to put junk that you don't need, including old grills, bikes,etc.
He writes down the address of the homes that need the back of their homes cleaned up and puts a brochure in their newspaper box. A few days later, he calls to offer them a discount on his services.
His brochure offers the clean up service for $100 and when he calls, if they schedule an appointment, he gives then a $25 discount. I thought it was an ingenious way to make money with a pick up truck!!!!
I know for a fact that my father needs this service very bad. The guy also cleans up storage buildings for a greater fee. According to him, he does between 5 - 7 homes per day.
His wife helps him out by driving through different areas looking for prospects and he does the work.
I know.... you don't do physical labor.
But.... what if you set up the marketing system and contracted the clean up work? Do you think you could make some $$$$$$? Of course you could!
The point I'm trying to make is that there $$$$ outside of the internet too.
