This is probably an ancient marketing tool for a life insurance pro like yourself, but I thought I would relate it anyway.
After someone dies, some insurance sales people send letters to all the surrounding homeowners in the neighborhood offering life insurance.
The idea, of course, is that death is now a reality and this reality may cause people to act immediately and buy some life insurance.
Is this still a practice? And does it work?
