I like your marketing concept to get hotels to try your murals. If I were you, I would also focus on bed and breakfast places. In most cases, they are privately own, and you can easily communicate with the owners. These type places are always looking for ways to be different as compared to a regular hotel.
But..... you're never going to know unless you approach 20 or more hotel owners in your area about your marketing idea.
