Computer IDea!! A great ONe of course!! More info?

Hello everyone!!! I was just checking out the board for additional insight. Vondre had posted info about his computer biz before. I had saved the post and reviewed it a few times. It sounds great because the customers come to you. I love the idea and have even found some sites where you can buy a system for like $315. We are talking basic systems but if they put down $350 or even $400 your costs would be covered.
I even found a wholesale refurbished laptop site where you could get a basic notebook laptop (I think some were even dells) for like $299 and less. I just had some questions for the board and hope maybe i can get some help.
1.SHould I consult with an atty to get specific contracts drawn up?

2. IS automatically drawing the money out through there bank account the best way to go?? Is this an easy method?

3. What if they stop paying? Is it worth it to pursue them in court? Or what other alternatives are there to collect the remaining payments?

4. What if they don't like the computer and want a refund or damage it? Do you offer a money back guarantee??
