Restroom Marketing?? Is it Profitable??

Hello Everyone! Mother and I are new to the boards and have been reading posts on various boards. We are seeking a good business idea that we can do together. We have read articles on different sites about placing ads in restrooms and such. Can anyone offer any suggestions on starting something like this?? There are many wonderful concepts in my local area. We would like some suggestions on putting this plan together such as:

1. What is the best way to put together a board? Is a nice poster frame good or is there a better way to do this?

2. How much should we charge? Do we need a contract with the restaurant? Do we offer them about 20%???

3. Do we only allow 1 type of biz to be on the board? EX: 1 atty, 1 oil change, etc?? And use that as a selling point.

4. Should we try to stick to professional looking color ads from the advertiser? Is it a good idea to allow people to sell there own merchandise on the board, there cars or fish tanks? Or should it be strictly for businesses only??Mother and I would like to earn approx. $1000 or more per month per restaurant.
