Greetings,

I'm new here and wanted to thank you for your great ideas. We are going to do computer sales. Where does one find the best wholesale prices for good product to resell? Do you suggest dropship or inventory?
Our son is quite the techie with a big, fast, custom, Alienware for his graphics & 3D animation work. He will build our next couple of PCs, very knowledgeable about which components are good & reliable.
What do you think about taking your program to the next level and offering a basic PC with custom upgrades available? If we build them, our cost would be the same as the down payment. The only loss if they default would be our labor. The cost of good components seems to be about half the wholesale cost of an over the counter model. That's pretty good pay for a few hours of assembly. Also cuts start-up costs, very important to us at this point, but that's a whole other story. Components are all warrantied by their manufacturer. What do you folks think? What pitfalls do we need to avoid? I see people building junk and selling for top dollar (check locally and ebay) so surely one could sell a quality package. How do you convince the customers that you have "the real thing"?LOL Stupid question right? I guess that's every marketers problem.
I know there is a huge market of people out there that don't qualify for credit lines. I have some good ideas for screening but would like to know more about the remote control to shut down until payments are current devices. I have heard car dealers say it cuts late payments and repo's way, way down.
What do you'all think? Any opinions welcome.
Thanks, Dave Horn

We could even install a set-up page for http://www.ispvip.biz/netgold right on their PC.
