Hey good buddy. I was a Combat Engineer in the early 70's.
Hated it but fulfilled my 6 years of military obligation and got
out. War is hell but sometimes you have to fight to defend freedom.
But the democrats didn't get us into Nam to defend freedom did they?
In fact they had to lie and trick the country like all good liberals do.
And it took a tricky consevative republican to get us out of that jam didn't it?
The truth sometimes hurts but your hero is still a liberal. How is that
a lack of respect by me? He is what he is.
That doesn't take away from his suffering in Nam any but as a liberal in my
opinion he should just become a Democrat. You shouldn't have a problem with
him being what he is but I guess that you're upset that some of us see him
as he is which diminishes his chances of ever becoming president.

I see you and Rick can't or won't defend the actions of your other hero Clinton. You must resort to the typical liberal response that conservatives and anyone else who happens to disagree with you are mean spirited and spew hate. But when you're on the losing end chances are you'll just want to take your marbles and go home won't you?
During Nam I was anti war and also when Clinton helped Muslins kill Christians without going to the U.N. Back in 91 we gave Saddam 90 days to eliminate all weapons of mass destruction... 12 years later he has the support of good liberals like you.
When Clinton made a half ass attempt at Saddam it was only to distract
us from him fondling Monica's ass...Why didn't you libs protest war then or demand
we go to the U.N. first? Serving in the military behind the lines is one thing. Being in combat
is another. I want to see Saddam pack his bags and just leave town but if he won't my son and
his friends are going to kick his ass whether you like it or not. I don't want him to have to do it but
I don't want to pass the problem on to my Grandchildren when Saddam builds a few nukes.
Show some guts now or wish you had later. Nobody likes war but sometimes you got to do your duty
instead of burying your head in the sand. In a foxhole you don't care what the guy next to you is as long as he will stand up and help you fight when you need him instead of being
