$500 per shoot day if you're new at it........

Response to Heroes . . we all have them . . .

My average is over $2,500 per shoot day. I just walk into any Groomers shop, show them my portfolio and give them a display for their shop. They ask each of their regular clients if they want an appointment for the shoot day and they usually book 25 (which is about all I can do in a day)sessions for shoot day. Takes me one day to photograph and another day to take the proofs back and sell them. So if you count each day of my time the average profit is just a little over $1,000 per day. Don if you have a problem with me or anyone else then please e-mail me or them. Maybe I'm wrong but I get the impression that you don't just honestly disagree with the views others hold, rather it seems your goal is to try to embarrass them in public. I don't know the whole history between you and Don Am but I'm happy with his info. Sure many wouldn't be because it requires that you shut off your computer and call on people in person so it's not for everyone. Yes I do forget quick. It's by choice! Some people prefer to keep hate diaries so they don't. Can we simply call a truce and in the future not air dirty laundry on this forum. If we have a beef with someone let's just exchange direct e-mail with each other and try to reserve Mikes forum for positive things. Speaking of positive I'm beginning to like John McCain much better since I heard him on the news this week telling Carter and Clinton to shut up! I've enjoyed our debates and think it's time I stop busting your balls. Have a Great Day!
