Response to Hello Vondre!! What Collection procedures Do you use???

Hello My friends,

This computer thing is a real business! Before I read this post, I was making some follow ups. You have to use some good ole elbow grease to be successful. I'll try to answer your questions to my best ability...here goes.

1. Do you set up the systems in there home? Also, do you ship the system to them or physically deliver it?

This is a real business. Physically taking the computer, setting it up, and making sure your client is happy is part of your unique service. That service gives you the advantage over local computer stores. Personally, I want to know who I'm investing in.

2. How do you handle collections? You compare your biz with the used car but with a car or house you can repo it. How do you repo a computer??? If they cancel there checking account or credit card and you can't debit it, then what??? If they just stop paying what do you do???

There are 2 main ways to handle collections. That information is covered in my course but it's not physics. You must understand that you are taking a small risk. Every investment presents risk....even stocks, real-estate,etc. But... in this case, you are only investing around $250 for the opportunity to make up to $1,000.

3. If there is a warranty on the system and they have troubles do they call you?? Or do they call an 800 number who tells them where to take the system?

I am not a technical person. If I had to handle tech. troubles from my clients, I would be in business. Most computers I sell have 3 year warranties. If a client has a problem, a local tech person is paid by the company to fix it.

I hope this helps. My info. will give you a basic marketing plan, strategy, and resources to get started. However, it is ultimately YOU who will make the business work for you.

You have to get off the sidelines and get in the game to make this busines work. It doesn't matter if you get my info. or not.
