Response to NWC- wholesale computers, etc...??

 

As the CEO of NWC, Inc., I would be glad to address your concerns regarding NWC, Inc. The reason you are not finding any negative comments about NWC, Inc is we always put our customers first. Customer service is priority one at NWC, Inc. Unfortunately not all companies practice this philosophy, as strongly as we do.

In trying to offer our customer's choices and financing options, we have offered the services of other companies, in the past (such as Leasecom) and in some rare cases if the customer didn't feel the level of service provided by these other company's, were what they expected, they would voice their concerns. While we would do what ever we could to help resolve any challenges they were having, their experiences and challenges were with 3rd party companies outside of NWC, Inc. control.

NWC, Inc serves tens of thousands of customers a year and yet despite this impressive amount of customers served, we receive less then a dozen customer complaints a year!
