I got that little strategy from the mortgage industry.
Think about it, people who get their mortgages from companies like Ditech.com or Cendant Mortgage do it totally over the phone. They have to complete an application, gather documents, and mail it in.
If potential clients complete the application along with required documents and mail it in, you can bet that they are serious.
However, I will see about ordering the book. I'm always looking for information that's going to give me the slight edge in the sales field.
