My wife just got a call from one of her friends who recently got her real estate license. She called her because she knows I have several different services I offer in my town. She told my wife that there is a guy who has a business that goes around and puts real estate signs in front of the houses that are for sale. He charges $20 to put it in and I think $10 to take it down. She was telling my wife that nobody likes the guy and they are not happy with his service, but there is no one else who does it in town. She was wondering if I new of a way to compete with him. It doesn’t seem like it would be too difficult to compete with him since there not happy with him. I’m just wondering if a guy could make decent money with it, or think of a unique way to make more money with a program like this.
Does anyone know anything about this type of service?
