Agreed with what Chris says. It does depend on what you want.
Here's another suggestion:
Why not offer a JV deal? Split the profits on any resultant sales with the site owners. You will both make money on the deal that way.
If you offer a newsletter - be sure to get buyers to subscribe to that (how? include details in your e-book). That way you'll keep communications open until you do have a backend product. Remember the backend product doesn't have to be yours - perhaps a JV with another product developer whose product would be of interest to your new list.
I didn't have time to really check out your book's benefits but did find other books on saving money with groceries on Amazon and other sites - I did notice your price point was slightly higher - what I didn't notice was why the difference. You should really shout out the difference between your book and the others out there - ie. what is your USP??? why is yours priced higher? show the value. People want and like to buy but they need reasons - show them enough and you have a customer.
