The pop-up script you're referring to is generating quite a few subscribers to CCM e-Zine. And yes it would most definitely qualify as advertising. If you have, or are interested in launching an e-Zine of some sort, I would recommend the script fully. As of yet I have no complaints, although it took close to a year for me to finally adapt it into my overall marketing strategies.
