Ameriplan originally used their services for the dental program and the vision plan. After getting established, they built their own dental and vet networks. I think they still use the vision from these guys.
This company is pretty good. I have used them myself with a card I sold through the insurance agency called OneCare. It was exactly like Ameriplan, but with the name I chose. I also received more monthly commissions with my own card.
I retired the program a few months ago because the availability of providers in my area were much too slim and people didn't have much to choose from.
If they have providers in your area, GO FOR IT!
New Benefits, Inc. is a very smart company. Their goal is to be the main source by establishing the networks. When a network is established, they customized the network for any client organization for a percentage of the sales. It's pure genius!
