Start over...

William... I'd dump the cartoonish graphics to begin with unless it has tested well with your target market.

Second... This type of CD-Rom has been done to death and unless you position yourself with something else to enhance the end sale, I don't see it going anywhere.

The days of thousands of reports, scripts, programs and such has seen it's heyday. But a uninformed newbie may bite at it a time or two.

Ask yourself this, is it something you'd be proud to show your family, or neighbor to buy or invest in? Can you see yourself discussing it with co-workers or friends? Or does it give you the Amway feeling where you really don't want others to know what it is you're doing?

The copy is too short. It doesn't sell well. The graphics give it a sophomoric feeling. The price to product ratio isn't in line. You get the feeling that it is being given away to cheaply so it mustn't be worth it, even if it was.

Revamp the entire page if you belive in your product. Otherwise spend the time to launch your won affiliate program using a quality product and e-Zine.
