As a home-based business person, how do you answer the phone? I hope you don't EVER make the mistake of simply answering, "Hello." If I'm calling a business that has advertised its number, the last thing I expect to hear is a simple "Hello." Whether the business is located in a home or a high-rise office complex is totally incidental. No one has to know that I'm working from my home--it doesn't really matter as long as I'm professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about my business.
