YOU are extremely "wise" to pick up on the fact that THIS is NOT a "new idea".
Why...even as far back as 1973...little ol' ME started one in ARlington Park Racetrack in a suburb of Chgo.
I made an arrangement with management to use part of the track parking lot for my "By Owner Car Lot". People could park their car in my roped off area and maybe have their car sold that day.
I got 60 to 80 cars a day to pay to park their car in MY part of the track lot. Sure was fun collecting the CASH.
Yup...an "old idea" once again making money.
