I was sitting around a resteraunt, drinking coffee and talking with friends. Long story short, I ended up chatting it up with a guy who knew one of my friends and he said the place he does telemarketing at is hiring. He said they need a lot of people.
Telemarketing. You're thinking eew.
I'm thinking eew, but I'm thinking good experience.
They obviously wouldn't need a lot of people if the job was anything but bad, but the hours are ridiculously good.

I currently work at a grocery store with a rad manager that will give me whatever hours i want. So I can work 8 hours on sunday and get time and a half, and work 4-9 at this other place.
I think the hours and the fact that I was looking for a job just like this , falling in my lap, is pretty odd.
Telemarketing horror stories please.
