I smell scam here too. How can someone guarantee a response rate. All they are guaranteeing is that they will supposedly keep mailing things until you see a 1% return.
Who determines when that 1% happens, you are them.
I wouldnt trust them past where i can throw them.
Perhaps you can try other forms of promotion. What are you promoting, perhaps i can offer some other channels of advertising for you.
