Hey there, I work for the local government in Cincinnati, OHio. We have bulletin boards on all of the 6 different floors. They have various job and daycare flyers. You can place them for free. Or you can set up a contract with your local government and accept daycare vouchers if you don't already do so. Of course you then have to be inspected and sign a contract but you can get some new biz that way.
