Hello Alan,
I'm about to share one of my niche marketing secrets with you...so listen up.
There's a certain place on the 'net where hundreds of thousands of people gather to discuss their favourite topics on a daily basis. Whether it's how to raise gerbils, or how to grow Japanese dwarf plants, this site is the THE place to go for niche discussions.
The great thing about this website is that you can click page after page of the various categories of discussion to find just the ones that interest you. A category as broad as automobiles for example, is further sub-divided into hundreds of lists.
Believe it or not, I once used this site to market to a list of people who're into antique motorcycles.
What's this site you ask? Oh, didn't I mention it? Sorry. That site is of course the largest and most popular site on the Internet (according to Alexa)...
Yahoo!
Despite the immense popularity of Google, Yahoo! continues to attract
visitors like bees to honey. Why? Because they offer a convenient place where people can get together and discuss any and everything under the sun, not to mention the free resources to buy and sell stuff.
So it doesn't matter where you live, or what you're into, you can easily find other individuals on Yahoo! who share your interest.
Stroll over to
http://groups.yahoo.com and leisurely click through the various categories of groups. You'll notice over to the right side of the main page the good folks at Yahoo! has made it easy for you, by featuring an "Editor's Picks." Notice how each group shows the number of participants?
This is great info.
So now all you have to do is visit the group that interests you the most, and join.
Joining is easy.
Participate in the discussion and place your sig at the end of each post. Simple.
I typed in the phrase "auto parts into the search bar and was immediately hit with 94 groups relating to your interest. Try searching various groups such as auto racing, drag racing, antique autos, etc. You'll have access to targeted prospects.
Now you know one of my secrets. Sshhh! Don't tell anyone
Now if you ask nicely, I'll freely send you a report that shows you how to use Yahoo! to build your newsletter list to over 2000 subbies, in less time than you could say "Brent's Ballistic Bank Balance Builder." Simply send an email to: brent at secretsrevealed.com
