Hello,
I run a not for profit tax exempt orginization. Anyway I had this marketing guy contact me out of the blue and started to speak with me about marketing. Anyway I like the idea of having a pr guy to get us some press and exposure. Anyway this guy I am not sure if I want to use him for a few reasons. So I am searching and would like to know how would one find a marketing person and do all marketing poeple work on commission if so whats the standard % this guy wants 50% of all sales made?
