Hi Gray - surface mail can take up to 12 weeks to arrive - if you want your copy quickly then airmail will get it to you within a week to ten days of publication. We are trying to encourage S&J to speed up the shipping although I understand bad weather in the Atlantic delayed the shipping badly along with US customs checking everything thoroughly.
