Bernhard Lustigs Royal Model figures in the Hornisse

I read that article here in German. I saw that he used Royal Model figures, but I coudn't find them. Can someone tell me, which one those are?

I think they came from one of the 2 sets of 3 figures Royal produce as Ferdinand crew...they are extremely good, in fact some of the best figures I've seen
