I'd like to answer you question. Actually there
is no e-book creator that can do *all* you are
asking for, however I can talk about what E-ditor Pro CAN do (concerning your question of course).
a) All e-book compilers are programed with delphi, so all of them have to use Microsoft's explorer rendering engine. But maybe technology is developing right at this very moment and will solve this dilema (*subtle hint here, please ignore ;) *)
b) E-ditor Pro can create shareware e-books and you can specify to it the number of days it will remain open for (starting from the day the e-book is open by the first time).
c) Literally hundreds of online marketers are using this method you are asking about. They create their e-books with E-ditor Pro and then just set up a selling webpage where the password is sold to them and automatically processed. With E-ditor Pro you can do this *inside* you very own e-book. =)
d) I believe content security is one of the most important matters for net-marketers and that is why E-ditor Pro allows you to do exactly this: disable the copy/pasting of text and images, disabling the printing of the e-book or both!.
