Not all ebook software has to have IE4.0 or above. E-Book HTML Compiler Pro uses the default browser to go to the net. That can be any browser. It uses no browser if not going to the net.
It can completly encrypt the html code which I'm told Editor Pro does not do. This is important so that no one can copy your data.
