I think you web site is very good. I am also a reenactor here in Colorado, USA. I am SS Scharfuhrer in the 6th SS Rgt 11, Reinhard Heydrich. We are part of the WW2 Living History Regiment group and just had a small battle here in the mountains and used my R75 replica motorcycle and sidecar. We usually do our reenactments for the late war period, 1944-1945, in Europe. You can see some action if you Google the Akron, Colorado air show, which takes place every year in September. Here we can use fully operational weapons as well as blank firing and propane/oxygen guns. I have a K98, a P1 and a propane/oxygen gas fired MG42 which I built from a parts kit. Fully automatic guns are very hard to find and very expensive to buy and operate. Gas is much cheaper - no ammunition!
