"Rain or Shine" PVC cement is blue and made for connections that get immediately wet or are put under pressure right away.(Like for swimming pools - maybe that's why it's blue.) When I first had trouble sealing my pressure chamber I talked to the guy at Lowe's and he recommended the stuff. It's much thicker than regular PVC cement and does a great job sealing even loose fitting joints.
