Here ya go... fit the barrel with something air tight and make sure it's stuck for the time being.... pump it up to 15psi and "burp it"... Let air out of the blow gun repeatedly. Release it, wait two secs and do it again. This forces the valve up and down slowly and after doing this 5 times or so, let the projectile out and try pumping it up normally. The rubbers to stiff right now and it's pulling up cockeyed.... mine occasinally do that when their new too.
