i'm not really sure what your design is, so i cant help you out there. but i can answer your other question. the reason that the sprinkler valve only has pipe going in one end is because it is acting a pilot valve for the much bigger supah valve +plus. so the sprinkler valve isnt actually hooked up to the chamber directly, it is only a pilot valve to operate the larger valve. but you are correct that most times a sprinkler valve is the main valve and dumps the air in the chamber out the barrel. hope that helps...
