my friends scarey

my friend is paying me to make him a spudgun but the thing is that he has add or sumfin and im not sure if he would use it safely he wants a pnuematic psr-01 the one from pvc balistics i know he wont stare down a loaded barrel or aim it at people because he has guns of his own and goes out hunting and stuff, i know it seems stupid wanting a spudgun when he has guns of his own but he is a minor and he cant use them without his parents around. anyway im not sure wat would happen if i make him one, should i? what do u responsible adults:) think
