i dont think anything except for layers upon layers upon layers of more pipe could hold any explosion. i was testing the effects of the "pipe bomb" like simulation where a potato is stuck in the barrel and your chamber blows.
i firmly believe that no matter what you wrap your gun in, it will cause some sort of injusr to you. kevlar only can sustain so much force.

there is NO advantage in wrapping your gun, in anything, because if it blows, it blows, and your most likely holding it, and you will get hurt, might as well not add pieces of tape to the damage.
