Ive just made a basic Conbustion gun with a 1.5" barrel and I am stuggleing to get the mixture right ..... But back to the topic. Does this BBQ Ignitor located here : http://www.barbecue-online.co.uk/acatalog/BBQ_Shop_Replacement_Parts_29.html

Use a battery source to ingite? Ive been using one that I found in a £1 store , took it apart and it was the ignitor that you have in electric lighters , and the park jumps from wire to the other . But the blast blows them apart and after each shot I have to re-posistion the wires. Thus not making it reliable to use.
Any help would be great.
