I've built a few ether based pvc spud guns with amazing success. Now i'm buildinbg one out of a metal chamber and barrel. I was wondering if the ignition system used in basic model rockets produces a good hot spark. By the way I think that BBQ ignitors are hit or miss, I go with the old coleman flint based lantern ignitor availible at any outdoors shop
