Ok. So I am trying to think of an interesting way to kidnap someone for his bachelor party. I really would love to fire a net at him. I have seen factory-made net launchers in action, and I think it is totally feasible to make one from PVC. I know it sounds weird, but does anyone know anybody who has made one before? If so could you direct me to a website with tips? Thanks.
