About everything said. The bones will clean their teeth but I would make sure they are all apart from each other for now when you give them the bones and also might want to consider limiting time with the bones just in case they are not used to them and get the runs from too much. I know Nancy takes out the marrow but I leave it in for mine and limit the time. I think either way is good.
When Sage came to me she had horrible breath and bad teeth that had no attention. I took her in for a spay and had them cleaned. They were not great but it was the opportunity since I don't agree with putting dogs under for cleaning. Since then, 7 years ago, I give bones now and then when I can get them and I'll do a brushing on them once in awhile too.
As far as the play, Taz is being a goofy, submissive male in my opinion just like Lucas, Jake and Buddy is/were. Bitches rule is absolutely the truth. Sage will run after Lucas, nip at him so he'll run more and then turn around can clean his ears. She will rarely let Lucas get the better of her. Sage likes to chase Lucas around things like tables and such too. She lives to chase!
