Well, I think you did the right thing. Is she used to being walked on a leash? Maybe if you try walking her around your property more, she may get accustomed to the area and go a little further. From what you've said, it doesn't sound like she is showing any signs of having problems walking. Maybe she just doesn't want to go and end up in another strange place if you know what I mean
