I was thinking somewhere around 3rd, after the Traders and the Infantry and maybe the Psychosis. Any team with only 1 loss would certainly be practically even with a team with ZERO losses.
But to have teams with two, three or *smile* FOUR losses in 10 games ahead of me seems stupid, especially since my offense was 4th best, and my defense was 2nd or 3rd best. The Blades, Scorpions and Thistles couldnt hold my jock strap. Lets not even talk about that other undeserving, self-agrandizing, head-in-the-sand team.
I remember last year, when the Spirit had a horendous slump near the end of the season, Larry placing the Spirit very low, since the Power Rankings were SUPPOSED to be based on the previous 10-game's performance. I got over the shock of being ranked so low, but accepted it as being true to what the Power Rankings are all about. But this really is stupid, and makes a mockery of the system. Mr. Dressup is a clown (or some clown's puppet).
