Streaks/Slumps Evaluation

I would just like to make a quick comment about the streak/slumps being removed so far. I know that I am sure to get support and criticism for my view but here it goes.

I think that we now have an accurate depiction of what the teams in our league are really like. The Infantry are finally playing like they should have been years ago because Tabor's hands are not tied because of bad luck with streaks. With the dispersal draft being implemented, the lower end teams should start to see immediate results as well. If you think that streaks and slumps level the playing field then I must ask you, "Why should you enjoy the benefits of success without having built a good team?"

One more piece of advice for new gm's with weakert teams. If I were in charge of a weaker team, I would take a very highly rated player in the dispersal draft(obvious) and trade him for 2 or 3 mid 70's players with good skills. This would do you more good than just having one very highly rated player. My team got good because I stockpiled above average players and then began shipping them off in pairs for one excellent player. Just my two cents, I hope it will help somebody.
