A slanted perspective

From what I have experienced in my season and a half, I must say that I enjoy the absence of streaks/slumps more than I did having them on last season. Slumps were a season-long frustration for me, and I am glad they are gone.

I can agree with Easton on the point of an unfair advantage when it comes to losing the chance to get across the board rerates over a full season, but them's the breaks and I will deal with them as best I can.

Last year my teamed SUCKED. In one short season, I am hovering around .500 with some wins against top teams like the Traders and Muffs. I made quite a few trades, and I like to think that it is these that have helped me most. I was lucky with farm rerates, but that's OK by me!!

I enjoy the NSHL this season. Last season, while it was enjoyable to have more active trade talks in progress, it certainly was borne of some frustration. If there is to be a vote, then I will cast it again...no streaks/slumps!

Building my team is fun...takes time...
