In light of the news sent out to the mailing list by Commish Payne this morning, I would like to take this opportunity to open the floor to discussion on his offer: "If I do eliminate Friday games, I would consider
playing games on Saturday instead, if there was a huge demand to do so."
Of course it is to be pointed out that the Commishes' convenience in his new undertaking is of utmost importance in this matter, but if it is feasible I would like to see 5 game days a week continue.
A suggestion: Roster and Line submission deadlines are set for late Friday or some such, to give everybody a chance to evaluate their position without haste, and make changes accordingly, while not hampering or penalizing those that will be away over a given weekend. Then, for the convenience of our honoured Commish, the games could be played at any time on Saturday or Sunday, flexible to Ace's time demands and energy levels. This a system under which I see a "win-win" situation.
