What the "sane" GM's are not taking into account is that LIFE is NOT "status quo", and CANNOT be predicted! ODD THINGS HAPPEN ALL THE TIME! Things we will NEVER expect! Players in reality WILL go from scoring 50 goals in one season to 11 the next - THAT'S LIFE!
WITHOUT Streaks & Slumps, that very UNPREDICTABILITY that makes living WORTH WHILE is negated - therefore negating the worth of life itself.
