Here we go round and round...heh

"So let's try to keep the hockey operations as real as possible"

If Mike Keenan of the Boston Bruins wanted to put Kyle McLaren at C to screen the net on the PP, would the league say no?

What about Mathieu Dandenault in Detroit...whoops, we're short on D...he's a D...yikes, we need somebody at forward...he's a forward.

Derian Hatcher plays up front on the PP for the Stars...

Mark Recchi plays the D point in Philly...

Greg Hawgood took a game as 4th line C in vancouver last week when Brashear was a late scratch...

Ever see a PP unit (or parts of it) stay out for the 2 full min.?

I'll stop. heh

"If Al MacInnis sucks at his position then trade him."

I can't seem to trade young guys like Chara and Biron...you want to know what GM's offer for guys over 30???

I picked him up in the first place thinking that I would need a point man for the power play...it doesn't seem to quite work out...c'est la vie, though.

"Got a bad team? Make a trade. Develop players. There's a shocker! Trade for training camps"

I do. There's where I am far more able to handle this than I would have been at the beginning of NSHL 7...I have Trebil, Therien, and others that have farmed up...Heerema is now maxed offensively, etc etc...

Training camps blow...crucial numbers are rarely developed.

"Hell, I know it's not easy, but then if it was it wouldn't be any fun."

I've put in a scary amount of time on this, as have others, so I don't think it's been easy...and I think it's fun. (The playoffs were great!!!)

I should point out...in the reg. season, I beat a lot of team with my lineup witchery...but not the Traders...twice.

"Does it change your draft strategy? "

Well, seeing as I would now be stuck with Nik Andersson at RW, whom I didn't protect (and would have)...I would have drafted RW Glen Metropolit instead of D Johnsson.

"But don't base your arguements on a process used by a former GM who has been drop kicked out of two (yes, two) fantasy hockey leagues for using that process"

I can't help but feel that there is an Easton Associative Persecution Complex behind it all...I made a regretable decision to reintroduce everybody's fav during the playoffs...but I apologized for the lack of insight...

I like to write...
I joke...

But...I am not Easton. Not even close.

I'm not telling anybody what to do with their teams or this league...I just want to be allowed to run mine any way I see fit.

Say no to an NSHL Police State, where everybody suspiciously looks to their opponents lines after a loss in the hope of catching a punishable transgression...

Gotta keep the drama!!! heh
