Two questions-- Saving Swipe File and Adding Buttons

I've been using Writer's Friend for six years. Not quite true. I started using it six years ago. Four computers back. It didn't get moved to my last couple computers until just the other day. Am wondering two things:


1. Can I somehow import my old swipe files? If so, how?

2. Can I add new tabs on top, such as one for Email Subject Lines?
