Is the C1 Howitzer still in service?

I thought we had all switched over to C3's. But at the Armed Forces day in Uplands, there was a C1 alongside the 'in-service' vehicle displays.

It had the new rimes & tires, signal lights on the gun shield, and was painted in green and black cammo with OD rims. Gun was stamped 1952 IIRC.
