Nope....Your only solution is to scratchbuilt one. Maybe in the futur some manufacturers will put some effort on those mine protection vehicles..

A few months ago I bought a 1/35th scale Casspir kit from Baxmod Models in South Africa, which mainly does models for defence industries. Very nice guy to deal with. While he didn't have an RG-31 kit, he did say that if there was sufficient interest, he'd contemplate doing one.
